New to Goose Creek, SC ***
My name is Sarah, and I’ve recently relocated to Goose Creek, SC. I have 3 wonderful children, and I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for 16 years now. I am really excited to have a space with Dr. Adam Hall and his amazing team to serve the Goose Creek and surrounding areas with my vast knowledge and experience in this field. I’ve run a private practice for some time now and every single one of my clients means the world to me. While you may notice the color of my hair changes all the time, my quality of service does not. I am a total body wellness therapist. Mind, Body, and Spirit all play a critical role in our overall wellness. You are safe here! Every session is completely customized, and I don’t think I’ve ever given the exact same massage twice. I’m trained and certified in many modalities, and use all of them intermittently to achieve the best result for you to accomplish your goals faster. No memberships here. Book and ask for exactly what you want and that’s what you get. Please schedule online, links are below. I accept your credit card on file, cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, and most HSA/FSA cards. I DO NOT file with insurance. Click the Goose Creek tab from the menu for details. Grab an appointment today, and I look forward to seeing you soon so we can Find It, and Fix It!
Don’t worry Raleigh, I’ve saved you time slots on the weekends!
Thank you for joining me!
Fluff ‘n Buff
The lighter side of massage therapy. Commonly referred to and known as Swedish massage, designed to help you relax, and recharge. This is something similar to what you would get at a resort. This is gentle, it feels good, and you leave relaxed. I suggest the longer session. The longer the better. We will cover the full body, during this session, face, scalp, feet, arms, legs, back, neck, all of it, minus the personals and privates, we are not that kind of establishment. You’re in control here. No feet? Ok. No face? Ok. No talking? Ok. You’re safe here.
Find it ‘n Fix it
This, is my specialty. This is what we call Integrative Structural Bodywork. I blend all sort of modalities here. We do what we can to cover the majority of the body, flushing, stretching and releasing everything we can along the way. This usually involves a lot of range of motion, stretching, medium, moderate, and deep pressure. Some spots can be tender, especially if they have been holding on for dear live for a while. It’s ok. We can Find It and Fix It!
Thumbs of Thor
Myofascial release, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Trigger point therapy. The serious “deep tissue” experience. Not much of this feels good. In fact, I will probably apologize over and over again while you’re on the table. This is serious work for the individuals who are recovering from surgery, an injury, migraines, TMJD, or trying to avoid any of those. If you are under the care of a Chiropractor, a Physical Therapist, or a Surgeon, this is probably what you’re looking for.
